Cole Wimpee produces, directs, and acts for the stage.He also associate produces new media/new technology art installations and small-scale performances. His producing credits include Binge Olympiad (Wings Theater,NY), New York is Dead (Ohio Theatre, Soho), Sodomy & Pedicures (NY International Fringe), fuckplays (Ohio / Galapagos Art Space Evolve Artist), and the 1st and 2nd Annual NYC Binge Festivals (Jimmy's No. 43). He directed Bring Me The Head of John Ford (the Brick), Sharpen My Dick (Galapagos), The Woodpecker (2007 O'Neill Playwrighting Finalist), and Cholera (CSV LES). His acting credits include IXOMIA (Crown Point Festival), Penetrator (at American Place Theatre), Kansas City Book of the Dead (Ohio Theatre), and pieces in Austin, Houston, and Washington D.C. An executive member of Working Man's Clothes Productions, Cole has interned with Soho Think Tank and Physical Plant Theatre (Not Clown, Soho Rep) and is from Dallas, Tx.
